The shoe is very attractive and I really wish it fit better. I did follow the sizing guide on the manufacturer's website, however they run small. I wear a size 11 in a women's New Balance just to give reference with no problems, but this shoe tends to be more narrow. I've never worn Puma before so I really didn't know. I needed them for nursing school because they met the requirements of what kind of shoe I needed (they are leather and can be wiped off). I am going to try stretching them with a shoe stretcher. Unfortunately the seller's return policy states they have to be returned in an "unworn" condition. But, I really could not tell they would not really fit without wearing them all day.The seller had very good customer service. I had to contact them prior to delivery and they replied in a timely manner and tried to resolve my issue as best they could.Exactly what I was looking for. Follow size guide for correct fitI have over 10 designs in puma and I ordered the same same I always wear but these are too big :-( they don’t look like the black ones. I gave them to my son and all my other shoes are too small for him. He wars a 7in youth and this size 5 fit him.
