The UK 9 is much more like an 8.5. Which was a real surprise as I've previously bought very similar trainers (Adidas Superstars) which fitted fine in a 9. Gazelles are noticeably shorter and tighter in the toe.But they pack out a lot. So after a couple of weeks of uncomfortable persistence they do become about bearable to wear.I love the look of these all black trainers! They look especially classy & understated with charcoal/black skinny jeans. However at the moment I find the tongue quite hard/stiff so not that comfy. Maybe with more wear they will soften up & feel better on. Hope so!If you have wide feet I would recommend buying a size up or looking for a wider fitting training shoeBrought as a Christmas present for my partner. Fantastic price for a good quality trainer which are far more expensive on the high street.I haven’t worn a pair of these for quite some time so thought I’d revisit them. They are still as comfortable as I remember.
