I had to re-order the shoes one-half size smaller, and in a narrow width instead of the typical medium width I usually buy. The first time I wore them, they abraded the backs of my heels. I now wear a band-aid on my heels to prevent irritation, and I know with time I won’t have to do that anymore.Overall I am satisfied with the shoes and like that the top straps are elastic, to help fit better than velcro straps that wear out over time.
